YOUR ACCESS TO OR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE (WHETHER YOU ARE A REGISTERED USER OR NON-REGISTERED ON THE SITE), as a private or professional, constitutes your acceptance EXPRESS AND WITHOUT RESERVE OF THE TOU / TOS INCLUDING ALL TERMS OF NOTICES ( "NOTES") FOR THE SITE, INCLUDING THE PRIVACY POLICY. DEFINITIONS
"ALL MOL" or the "website": www.allmol.com website and all services available on this website.

A member or user agrees to read before any publication the rules and limits on freedom of expression. 5.3 Use by ALL MOL of the content published by members

Article 8 - PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

10.1 Nature of products sold on ALL MOL website

1) songs, music albums and videos posted by artists profiles after validating their professional contracts when they sign up by providing ALL MOL details of the producer (structure name, address, telephone, mail, name of the official, payment reference);
2) tickets to events posted by the event organizers profiles after validating their professional contracts when they sign up by providing ALL MOL details of the producer (structure name, address, telephone, mail, name of charge, payment reference);
3) the merchandise sold by the artists, event organizers and bloggers. In this case ALL MOL is an intermediary in the payment. The products are delivered directly by the artists, event organizers and bloggers to customers.
4) ALL MOL merchandising for sale directly ALL MOL.
10.2 Provision of contact information
The purchase of products on ALL MOL website requires the provision by the user of its contact information and any information required to process the order. After the order process, the User must check "I accept the TOU / TOS" and confirm.
ALL MOL recommends that users keep in digital or print a copy of the order placed.
For every order placed, ALL MOL transmits as soon as possible, to the email address that the user has given an order confirmation email that will be worth invoice.

Cards issued by banks outside of Europe must necessarily be international bank cards. If paying by credit card, the order amount is debited immediately.

With few exceptions, prices are set in euros and ATI (all taxes included).
They do not reflect the exchange rate and any costs associated with a particular method of payment.
ALL MOL can change its rates at any time. The members / users recognize that all payments they make on www.allmol.com, for themselves or anyone they represent, are with the authorization of the payment method holder.
ALL MOL offers various payment methods, some of which are operated by third parties at the relationship between ALL MOL and users, in particular through their purchase orders. ALL MOL can not be held liable if something goes wrong.

10.6 Returns

10.7 Terms relating to the sale of show tickets
Ticket prices for shows:
are in Euro including VAT, including the cost of renting excluding the expenses of shipping and handling listed below.
For some shows, at the request of the organizers, clients will receive countermarks instead of tickets, in which case, tickets can be collected in exchange for countermarks at the entrance of the hall 30 minutes before the start of show.
Unless otherwise indicated, the total number of seats per booking combined can not exceed 20 (twenty) tickets per order
All the orders whatever their origin, are payable in Euro only. Tickets for shows can not be refunded even if lost or stolen, returned or exchanged, except in case of cancellation of a show and decision by the organizer of ticket refunds. A ticket can not be resold at a price higher than face value.
ALL MOL reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products will be billed based on rates in effect at the time of order entry.
Getting tickets:
ALL MOL prefers the ease of downloading. Tickets are mailed and are to be printed by the customer.
However when ordering the in-store withdrawal method may be offered to the buyer. Article 11 - DURATION
These Terms and any changes thereof issued, shall remain in force as long as the user uses the ALL MOL Services or that it will be a Member.
